Really enjoyed living here

Pros

The unit is spacious, ac and heating is new and works, WiFi and utilities included. The gym is nice and courtyard is pretty. In unit laundry is a game changer.

Cons

Rooms get a bit damp

Apt 2R Review

Pros

The building has been renovated and feels modern and well-maintained. It features central AC and heat, which keeps the apartment comfortable year-round with easy temperature control. The appliances in the unit are in good condition and work well, though laundry is located in the basement rather than in-unit. The bedrooms and living area get plenty of natural sunlight during the day, which makes the space feel bright and open. There’s also a large shared yard in the back. The location is surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and places like Five Below, and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the DeKalb train stop, making commuting easy

Cons

On the downside, the apartment lacks closet space entirely, which makes storage a challenge. There’s no built-in storage, so you’ll likely need to add wardrobes or other storage solutions. The entrance features a very long and narrow hallway, which creates a tight walk-in and makes the layout feel a bit cramped at first. While the main living areas open up nicely, the initial entryway might not be ideal
