Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews indicate that the buildings managed by Phillip Wischerth are generally well-maintained and clean, with strong amenities and a pleasant living environment, particularly in terms of location and neighborly interactions. However, several tenants have expressed dissatisfaction regarding high rent increases and inconsistent management responsiveness, especially concerning maintenance issues. Reports of poor heating and minor pest problems have surfaced, with some residents feeling that service quality does not align with the luxury status claimed by the buildings. Overall, while there are valuable community aspects, potential renters should be cautious about management practices and rising costs.

Very nice building

Pros

Have had no issues

Cons

Very quiet, but could be a good thing

Former tenant·9 minutes ago

Not worth it

Pros

Nice and safe area.

Cons

Rent is insane for what you get. Heat is expensive and needs to be on 24/7 in the winter due to poor insulation. Quality of apartments overall is just ok.
