Great stay at 4610 Center
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent building/maintenance staff, great location right next to the park, clean and quiet, large and clean laundry room
Cons:
In the winter when the winds were strong, there would be some wind noise (not wind itself) coming through the heating unit.

Everything is great but the rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
- safe and clean
- responsive repairs people
- no pests (yet)
Cons:

Nice building but too expensive now
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building maintenance is very nice and convenient.
Cons:
Rent is way too high now. They raised the rent almost like $800 (plus) after the pandemic.
Some concierge people don't recognize tenant after 4+ years of living lol, but they are nice.
Advice to owner:
Please be generous to tenants for not raising too much of $$$$ at once

Pricey but good value
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing staff on the front desk, packaging room, and handy-man team.
A quiet and peaceful building filled with young families and professionals.
Very clean and has good amenities, even if they aren't the biggest.
Cons:
This building is a minimum 10-minute walk from any subway.
Price increases have been fairly common amongst other tenants, according to building-wide group chat.

Cons:
Restrictions on using the roof for parties, no bbq allowed

A bit expensive, but good.
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is always enough hot water. Maintenance requests are handled promptly.
Cons:
After it rains, the kitchen sink can smell like a sewer. Rent is a bit expensive.
Expensive but great waterfront building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen and building staff are generally extremely nice and efficient. Neighbours seem to be good people
Cons:
TFC is a large landlord and their leasing staff were quite rude to say the least. The elevators often had a wait at rush hours with one of the four passenger elevators often being out of service
Over 1 year ago
Well managed but $$$$$
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great staff and responses
Cons:
rents raised by too much when renewing
Advice to owner:
keep tenants and save the vacancy loss
Absolutely Incredible Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
This place is amazing and I’m sad to leave. Doormen couldn’t be nicer, building is stunning, safe area, close to trains, amenities and my unit was rent stabilized.
Cons:
Hudson Yards isn’t a great area for young people
Advice to owner:
Nothing!

Management ruined a great thing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved this building and still love all the staff- maintenance, cleaning, front desk crew- who made it feel like home.
Cons:
After 3 years, TFC management has managed to ruin the building with strict rules, insane rent increases, random new hidden fees added to rent, and in responsiveness from leasing office.
Good building, expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, great view, great area, amazing neighborhood, best doormen ever
Cons:
Too expensive, not much amenities for the comparable price.
Solid full service building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly doormen, maintenance request are handled fairly quickly, decent gym
Cons:
Can be very noisy due to being next to the tunnel + construction often going on in the area
Over 1 year ago
Unresponsive and law-breaking management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros at this time
Cons:
I am a current tenant here, and the landlord performed an illegal lockout on 08/28/2023. I have since filed with the Tenant Protection Unit, and plan to file with Housing Court as soon as possible.

Management is very unresponsive and doesn't communicate by phone or email. Lack of maintenance. Rooms are very old and worse than they appear in pictures. Overpriced and would rent elsewhere
Over 1 year ago
Cheaply constructed, luxury pricing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff is great, repairs are always prompt. No extra fee for gym and bike storage (although I suppose that means if you don’t use either of those, you’re still paying for it with your rent).
Cons:
Walls are basically paper, constantly can hear thumping, probably just from neighbors doing normal things like shutting cabinets. The bass from even small bluetooth speakers bleed through the walls. Can pretty much only get away with phone/laptop speakers. Heating/cooling system is both noisy and inefficient.
