- Relatively affordable for area - Good location - Ample space

This building has a horrible german roach problem (the ones that live in buildings and reproduce like crazy). We moved in in the summer and immediately dealt with at least 10 live ones scattered around the living area. Finishes/floors are also weak/lackluster- meaning they crawl through everything to get in. There's a monthly service that you can sign up for, but that barely does anything in the summer months. Owners + super are also absolute sleezebags, so rest assured, it's gonna take a massive push for them to address any of it.
