It's fine...but things break a lot for a new building

Pros

The layout of the apartments are cool and it's a place. Washer and dryer in building. Management is more responsive than other buildings but can be slow.

Cons

Things break quite a bit. There's only one washer and dryer in the basement. The door has broken every couple of months, including even breaking to the point tenants couldn't get out of the building and the fire department having to be called. It's a pretty scratched building for a newer build. The block can be very loud and at least two shootings have happened in the past three years.
