Fairly affordable. Super is nice and attempts to be helpful.
Cons
Management is incredibly unmotivated and disinterested in helping tenants. They will frequently delay or avoid responding to emails, making necessary repairs even after being reported to the city several times, and not deal with recurring problems regarding heat, pests, and leaks.
Advice to the owners
Care for your tenants who pay you good money, not just your bottom line.
Do not rent here.

Severe pest issues that are not addressed by the building. While living in this building, I experienced the worst cockroach infestation of my life and management was generally unhelpful. I have legitimate PTSD from the infestation we endured living here. Beware and do NOT rent any units on the second floor. Management has pest control come once a month or so - this is nowhere near adequate for the level of infestation we experienced. Other cons - we experienced multiple burst pipes and experienced moderate to severe water damage on more than one occasion.
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants. Respond to their needs in a timely manner. Maintain sanitary conditions. This is such bare minimum stuff that currently is not happening.
