Pros
Responsive super, liked my studio apartment, walk in closet, great location a block away from the train
Cons
Management didn't always respond to concerns, my apartment front door needed to be replaced (it was too short and ugly metal color, didn't match the other doors), a few dead pests on stairwell were detected, no laundry in building but there's a laundromat nearby

Fairly affordable. Super is nice and attempts to be helpful.
Cons
Management is incredibly unmotivated and disinterested in helping tenants. They will frequently delay or avoid responding to emails, making necessary repairs even after being reported to the city several times, and not deal with recurring problems regarding heat, pests, and leaks.
Advice to the owners
Care for your tenants who pay you good money, not just your bottom line.
