Nice building, pretty quiet, decently spacious

Rats outside all night Bad trash management Package theft Slow management responsiveness Water pressure isn't great

The management of this building really is awful. You could do much better I feel. Trash management is the #1 issue

Clean, but loud; super isn't great
Pros
- cleaned very consistently - trash removal consistently - barely any bugs, occasional roaches but pretty normal
Cons
- super is kind of rude and unresponsive, same with management - can be very loud/feels dorm-like - busy street
