Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for CITI-URBAN MANAGEMENT properties reveals a mixed experience. Residents frequently commend the good location and appreciate the efforts of responsive supers and maintenance staff. Cleanliness and garbage management are generally adequate, though occasional pest issues such as mice and roaches have been reported with slow resolution times. Several renters mention management's inconsistency in responsiveness, especially regarding urgent repairs and communications, advising improved attentiveness and maintenance upgrades to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Good building with some issues

Pros

Good location Good super

Cons

Infrequent mice issues

Former tenant·5 minutes ago

unresponsive landlord, old pipes caused so many issues

Pros

Nice location, good lighting as unit was south facing, relatively clean hallways, friendly neighbors, only the occasional cockroach

Cons

The front office/property manager that is supposed to help was never ever there. His name was "Eric" but I swear it was an imaginary employee that they used to blame everything on. The heat and hot water was broken for over a month total in the years I lived there and the landlord took more than a week to fix it each time. It got so bad that rhe city sent multiple representatives to inform us of our rights. Our upstairs neighbor's toilet "overflowed" one day and feces water rained through our light fixture. It took our landlord over 48 hours to clean up the mess. In sum, these pipes are geriatric and the landlord was unable or unwilling to fix it.

Advice to the owners

Fix the pipes and hot water
