Small apartment in great location
Pros
It was relatively quiet (I was in the room NOT facing the street) and my apartment had quite modern finishings. The location was quite convenient, with access to 2 Av F, Prince St RW, and Broadway Lafayette BDFM6.
Cons
No elevator or laundry with narrow stairs. The trash room is on the ground floor and was quite small, there would always be boxes piled up inside. Packages would sometimes be stolen or broken into if left outside. My room was extremely small and faced a brick wall so I got no sunlight, same with the window in the kitchen/living room.
Great place to live with nice community
Pros
Great price and location with minimal complaints. Exterminator comes once a month and I have never seen a bug and super is responsive to quickly fix any issues. Water pressure and heat are good
Cons
Some tenants do not follow garbage rules despite management reaching out to building. Packages do get stolen semi-frequently and the mail man does not always deliver mail directly into the mailbox unless it is clearly important or handwritten. Water can take a few minutes to get hot, but does reach very hot temperatures if patient.
