Don’t Move Here

Pros

Beautiful apartment layout. I live in 6H, a railroad type studio. Cute layout, decent amount of space.

Cons

Roaches! Funky building due to trash management and a 1 really bad smelling apartment. The owner saves cats but their home smells horrendous and I can smell it wafting in my window.

Advice to the owners

Do not live here. Roaches everywhere and they are not doing anything drastic enough to tackle the issue. Also parking is so hard in this neighborhood.

Warning for 6th flr

Pros

Super is friendly, management is responsive, the area is generally safe.

Cons

My neighbor would not stop shouting (whether 1pm or 4am, etc), and the last straw was when she verbally assaulted me on the street while I was with family. The traffic on the pkwy was also loud, but compared to her shouting and threats I actually didn't mind it.
