No heat, unresponsive super

Pros:

Great location, cleanly shared areas, and kind neighbors (for the most part).

Cons:

For most of the winter, there was no heat, and my super was unresponsive to this issue. Issues with mold, needed bathroom renovations, and bugs, despite a monthly exterminator.

Advice to owner:

Heat your building in the winter !!!!!!

Pros:

Soundproof is the only good thing

Cons:

constant cockroach infestation, not improved; landlord does not respond to maintenance requests; heat is not working; mail keeps getting stolen

Fantastic location, great neighbors, renovated units

Cons:

Super doesn’t have spare keys- if you’re locked out he won’t be able to let you in

Good location, can’t hear neighbors for the most part

Cons:

Cockroaches, super doesn’t respond to anything, packages stolen, garbage situation is terrible

Advice to owner:

Hire a new super

Good soundproof because walls are thick, but thats about it

Cons:

Clear Cockroaches infestation, agent showed a different unit photo, ASK FOR ACCURATE UNIT PICTURES
