Great location, don't expect anything from management

Pros

Great location. Units in building have great charm - beautiful molding, parquet floors, etc. Neighbors are really nice and theres a community in the building because a lot of people have lived there for a really long time

Cons

Management is unresponsive. When i moved into the building, my unit was not cleaned or painted. I ended up hiring people to paint the apartment for me and professional cleaners because it was gross
