Good building for a walkup
Pros
No complaints. The building is clean and they respond to maintenance issues quick. They also did not charge a big increase in rent year to year.
Cons
There are no amenities, you are getting the bare minimum. Having no elevator gets old. Not really a management issue, but packages do get stolen sometimes.
