Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

"Recent tenant reviews for buildings managed by Robert Moses reveal a mixed experience. While the staff is noted for being responsive and garbage management is generally well organized, numerous complaints highlight significant maintenance issues and unaddressed pest problems. Tenants overwhelmingly express frustration with inconsistent heating, outdated amenities, and poor cleanliness in common areas. Many reviews caution potential renters about the landlord's lack of proactive communication and responsiveness regarding maintenance requests. Despite these concerns, some residents appreciate the good location and relatively affordable rent, indicating a divided overall perception of the properties."

DON'T LIVE HERE

Pros

location - literally the ONLY positive

Cons

we lived on the 5th floor and had issues with mice and cockroaches and even saw a centipede. our bathroom ceiling was literally caving in on us and would leak water every single night. we contacted the super over 10 times to no avail. this building is dirty and not good at all, especially for the price, completely not worth it. my packages were stolen all the time, and the caving ceiling would also just be leaking brown water onto our toilet. the street itself is okay, not super unsafe but pretty empty at night so can be a bit scary. living here was a safety hazard and just traumatizing in general.
