Trash constantly piled up outside, mouse infestation, stolen packages, landlord couldn’t care less about any of it.

Eh it's ok but some issues

Location is great, super did eventually fix our problems, price was decent for size

Took way too long to fix a leak in the bathroom ceiling (months) kept just painting over it. Also there are dead cockroaches on the traps in the laundry room that haven't been removed in over a year. When we had a mouse in our apt they just left a bag of glue traps on the door, that's it. I ended up getting better traps and catching the mouse myself
