Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants renting from Andrew Wrublin's buildings note a mix of attentive management and persistent issues. On the positive side, management and supers are often responsive to repair requests, and staff like doormen receive praise for friendliness and helpfulness. The buildings generally have good locations and offer decent amenities. However, there are frequent complaints about pest control problems, including mice and cockroaches, which often persist despite treatments. Heating and hot water reliability also emerge as significant issues in several buildings. Some tenants report broken or unreliable elevators and infrastructure problems. Garbage management and cleanliness vary widely, contributing to mixed tenant experiences with Andrew Wrublin's properties.

More affordable one bedroom housing

Pros

Affordable one bedroom Shower pressure is great Kitchen is nice

Cons

Pest control - had a mouse issue Elevators are constantly broken

Former tenant·1 hour ago

No heat & hot water

Pros

Good size apartment and never any issues with pests.

Cons

The hot water and heat is so unreliable. There was atleast 30 days this year where I either had to take a freezing cold shower or go to my friends apartment. In the winter the heat and hot water would go out at the same time & management would not answer for several days. When they did reply they said they’d fix the issue but its obvious they do not care to find a real solution to this problem.

Advice to the owners

You should have heat & hot water year round!!!!
