Bad management, ok deal but old building they don’t care
Pros
Location + my rent is good price + tends to be quiet
Cons
Management doesn’t reply to maintenance requests, apartment is in disrepair and it will be months. Have had roach problem, was nearly impossible to get building to address it. Mold issue not taken care of. Took over a year to get critical repairs done.
Advice to the owners
Address issues, respond to tenant issues by being helpful.

The super takes forever to fix anything (if it ever gets fixed). We had black mold in the bathroom from a leak from the apartment above that took two months to get fixed. Will definitely see some bugs. The area has a lot of crazy people at night selling drugs on the corner deli.
