Openigloo home

Most searched owners in Flatbush

This page covers 56 most searched owners in Flatbush — who they are, what renters say about them, and what the city has on file. This list can help you identify Flatbush owners that renters look up frequently when researching a building or deciding whether to rent there. The profiles include people and companies registered as owners of record, so check the listed ownership against the specific property you are considering.

Compare renter comments with available city records, and look for details that apply to your building, such as reported maintenance issues or ownership information. Search frequency shows how often profiles are looked up on Openigloo; it does not establish whether an owner is reliable or predict your experience. Treat reviews and records as research clues, then verify relevant details before signing.

What to check before renting from most searched owners in Flatbush

  • Check whether the profile names a person or company as the owner of record.
  • Compare the address in a profile with the Flatbush building you are considering.
  • Read renter comments for reports that relate to maintenance or building conditions.
  • Use city records to verify ownership details rather than relying on a profile alone.
  • Treat search frequency as a measure of renter lookups, not as a rating of owner quality.
