Most searched head officers in Stuyvesant Heights

This list holds 100 most searched head officers in Stuyvesant Heights, compiled from renter reviews and New York City open data. This can help you identify the people named as head officers of owning entities connected to properties in the neighborhood. The most-searched label reflects how often renters look up an Openigloo profile; it does not indicate whether a person owns or manages a building directly.

Use the listings as a starting point for checking renter reviews and available public records, then compare details for the specific property you are considering. Look for recurring issues and note whether reports concern the same building or different properties. Search activity alone does not establish that a head officer is responsible for a reported problem or predict how they will handle future requests.

What to check before renting from most searched head officers in Stuyvesant Heights

  • Check whether the head officer is associated with the owning entity for the specific building you are considering.
  • Compare renter reviews for repeated concerns about repairs, communication, or building conditions.
  • Read reviews in context and distinguish building-specific experiences from reports about other properties.
  • Use available New York City open data to verify property and ownership details where possible.
  • Treat profile search frequency as a measure of renter interest, not as a rating of management quality.
