Head officers with most buildings in Queens Village

Openigloo tracks 100 head officers with most buildings in Queens Village, drawn from city records and reviews left by renters. This can help you identify people associated with owning entities across a wider building portfolio, then check whether the buildings you are considering appear in their records. A head officer is the person listed in city records for an owning entity; the listing does not by itself establish who handles daily repairs or leasing.

Use the page to compare recorded portfolios and read renter feedback tied to relevant buildings. Confirm that an address is associated with the same entity and review current lease terms directly. Records and reviews can be incomplete or out of date, and a portfolio position does not establish how a particular apartment will be managed.

What to check before renting from head officers with most buildings in Queens Village

  • Check whether a Queens Village address appears among the buildings associated with a listed owning entity.
  • Compare the head officer named in the listing with the owning entity shown in city records.
  • Read renter reviews for details about the specific building you are considering.
  • Treat portfolio size as a record-based signal, not proof of how an individual apartment is managed.
