Terrible Place to Live
Pros
-close to union square, grocery stores and subways
Cons
Property owner and leasing agents TERRIBLE to work with. Terrible, selfish people who are greedy and unhelpful. Michael Fine, the leasing agent and his team told my roommates and I they are purposefully rude to prospective tenants just because they can and don’t care. They kept on showing our apartment even after it was signed, just so they could collect application fees from people. They showed our apartment for over a week straight just to collect those application fees and didn’t care that they were having multiple open houses in our space. I got to the point where we had to tell the leasing agent that they need to stop showing our apartment because we knew that it was already taken. They are not communicative with current tenants that they are showing the apartment and inside to us that will just find out if there’s gonna be an open house or not depending on if they show up and we couldn’t plan our days because of it. The open houses would have like 40 people or more while we were trying to pack and leave the apartment. During our actual time at the apartment, the apartment was ok but the leasing officer Millie was extremely rude.
