Decent size for price for west village, appliances a bit old but working fine. Water pressure is decent
During summer, lots of lanternflies congregate in the garden. Less of an issue not the first floor. Some first floor units are above the water boiler and get pretty bad temperature fluctuations, and package people always ring the first floor
