Could definitely be worse

Pros

In two years I only ever saw one roach, and no rats. Nice big windows. Hot water heats fast. Friendly neighbors. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. Public transport is very convenient.

Cons

Definitely overpriced for space. No laundry, and laundromats in the area are very crowded and not that close. No recycling or compost, and you take out the trash to half a block away. Gets pretty loud, but not bad at the back of apartment. Management tries to raise rent by truly heinous amounts every year.
