Pros

Cute charming brownstone on the best street. Laundry in building, brick in most apartments. Quiet street.

Cons

The neighbor in Apt A (first apt on the right ground floor) is allowed to smoke cigarettes per her lease so the entry way ALWAYS smells like cigarette smoke and seeps into the other ground floor apartments.

Advice to the owners

Get rid of the renter that is allowed to smoke!!
