Nice building quiet neighborhood

Pros

Very quite area, rent is too high, there are spiders, and the super is not responsive to fix issues often,

Cons

Super is not very attentive and package theft

Fixing the door, better paint job, better pest control

OK Place to live

Pros

My unit was newly renovated, so it was nice. Never really had a bug issue outside of some spiders, but there is a sheet to ask maintenance for an exterminator monthly.

Cons

Any interior-facing (alley) apartment will get little to no light. Package thefts occurred also.
