Good first stop in the city

Pros

Amenities (gym, pool, roof, resident lounges). Convenient location to walk to offices in midtown. Very safe neighborhood.

Cons

Raised rent by 12% from year 1 to year 2. July utilities doubled from June utilities.

Our lease renewal in 2022 came with a non-negotiable increase of 25% as did most others in the building. so short answer is NO.
