    Management is extremely dysfunctional

    Pros:
    Doormen are nice, rent is relatively reasonable for Manhattan, elevator always worked
    Cons:
    The building is run by absolute morons. No organization, extremely strict on bizarre rules, generally very disorganized.
    Advice to owner:
    It’s time to enter the 21st century

    Broker fee is not worth this place
    Not many laundry machines for whole building
