Reviews of 171 East 84 Street

Former tenant·just now

Great building but old and we had some pests

Pros

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff

Cons

We had some roach issues that the building would send a regular exterminator to lay traps etc. Some residents treat the staff very poorly.

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Great building but super noisy

Pros

The building is beautiful with great doormen! The apartments are super spacious and the fitness center and pool are an added bonus.

Cons

Unfortunately, it's in a super loud location. With a fire department one block north, the street is also buzzing with sirens. Additionally, you will hear drilling all day every day as only 1 unit is allowed to do apartment upgrades at a time and there is always someone doing work.
