Elevator, laundry, friendly porter, security cameras in lobby, great location

Cons

Management isn’t the most responsive. Only provides. Are minimum heat

Advice to the owners

Please give us more heat in the winter, and clean the common areas (all floors) more often

Great building, great super, so so mgmt company

Super is responsive Building is well-maintained Location is excellent Elevator and laundry in building

Cons

Management company is difficult to get ahold of Walls on the thin side

Invest in sound proofing insulation when you renovate apartments. Instruct your employees to actually return phone calls and be more accessible.
