Landlord is the worst

Pros

Apartment itself is huge two bath wonderful light.

Cons

Landlord is incredibly unresponsive. There is a washer and dryer, but they've been broken (the dryer for MONTHS) with barely any movement from the landlord to fix. Apartment is falling apart and they will not fix or respond. Mold, heavy water leaks, fire hazard doors, etc.

Advice to the owners

fix your building. respond to your tenants. this is your only job.

First nyc apartment experience

Pros

Close to subway, near the famous Apollo Theater.

Cons

It was next to a burned down store. Landlord was rude. Problem with mice coming from the kitchen.
