Amazing building, very noisy area

Pros

Love the management and the staff. Never had any issues that weren't resolved within a day or two. The unit above mine had a leak their bathroom that dripped into mine, but staff came in and took a look at it on the same day I reported it. It's a great value for the price.

Cons

The building is near Times Square and a major theater on Broadway. As I'm on a lower floor, I hear all the road noise: driving, honking, yelling, bike rickshaw music, horse galloping, etc. It is a bit disruptive and loud especially if you work from home.
