Spacious layouts, good light exposure, convenient location and a quieter corner, good amenities, friendly staff.

Pros

Good doormen, quiet, convenient location. Haven’t had any major issues over the years. Maintenance is responsive to issues and requests.

Cons

Gym hours are not convenient 7-10. Some doormen are not the nicest, don’t even look up when you walk by. Laundry room always has issues. Elevators occasionally out of service

How long is the walk to the nearest sub station?

Closest are Columbus Circle (0.6 miles but the walk is along busy streets— I expected 10 mins but it often took ~15 bc it’s so crowded) and 50th St. (also 15 mins). There are several buses that are near the building.
