Outrageously loud neighbors and technical issues when paying rent.

It's located in a great area with access to several lines.

Cons

I had a neighbor who smoked inside and screamed along with music all day and night (many all nighters that continued into the next afternoon). The property manager reached out to me multiple times to threaten me with fees for missing payments and that my account being in arrears. Luckily, I kept proof of on-time and full payments for every month so I was able to dispute them. I'm currently in a dispute (again) and will get a lawyer involved this time if needed.

Can you be more specific about what issues you had with the building?

The front door barely works, utilities can easily exceed $300, paper thin walls and loud neighbors, maintenance will ignore request or set up appts and not show up, i’ve been threatened multiple times that i’ve missed rental payments that i had to prove were paid, property management charged me $1400 for no reason and i almost had to get a lawyer involved to get the balance removed from my account, and i’ve had so many packages stolen that i have to get them delivered to my office.
