Good location, close to a lot of food

Cons

Roof was not maintained, living room had no window and was small, washer and dryer was in an inconvenient place

Pros

Updated building with amenities. Good amount of space. Great view from the roof. Back units have balconies.

Cons

Management was a bit slow getting back about fixing things, but so outrageous to stop you from living there. The backyard is shared across 3 separate buildings so if someone was having a party that could get noisy.
