Replacements for broken appliances are taking forever, roaches, nosy neighbors (lol)
Advice to the owners
Can you fix my stove and dishwasher and replace my cracked window and stop painting over everything including blades on the floor which is now stuck there forever
You’ll never hear from management
Pros
Great location, spacious apartment, super and his team are doing their best, but not always on top of requests. Neighbors in the building are great for the most part.
Cons
Getting help from property management is impossible. Phone calls aren’t returned after leaving a voicemail and emails get ignored. I know the super and the maintenance team are overloaded, so I don’t blame them but follow through isn’t always the best. Packages get stolen ALL the time though. Deliveries get left in the main lobby and they get swiped. Packages in the mail room go missing as well, though not as common, but still infuriating. Apartments could really use some upgrading/fixing.
