Top rated buildings near Jay St-MetroTech station in NYC

“Top rated” is a filter based on high Openigloo review scores for the building. Use it to start with buildings that have strong renter-reported feedback, then verify the details for the specific unit.

The results are limited to buildings near the Jay St-MetroTech station area, then further narrowed to those that meet the “top rated” filter.

This page is focused on the “top rated” filter and location scope. Availability can change, so confirm the exact unit and move-in date directly through the building or listing contacts.

Confirm the rent and any recurring fees, security deposit amount, lease start/end dates, renewal approach, and rules that affect you (packages, pets, utilities, and any building-wide restrictions).

No. Ratings are based on renter experiences and can vary by unit or lease setup. Always ask about the specific unit’s details (noise, layout, fixtures, and any special conditions).

Use reviews as a starting point, not a substitute for confirmation. If you notice a mismatch (maintenance turnaround, amenities access, building rules), ask the building for clarification and documentation for the unit you’re considering.
