Buildings highly rated for pest control near the Q45 bus in NYC

It’s a filter that prioritizes buildings with stronger pest-control signals on Openigloo, based on patterns in the underlying data used for pest-related evaluation. Use it as a starting point, then verify the current program with the building.

It focuses the building search on locations near the Q45 route so you can compare options with a commute along that corridor. Distances can vary by building location, so confirm the practical walking time for your usual stops.

No. Pest outcomes can vary by unit, season, and building conditions. The goal is to help you identify buildings with stronger signals, then reduce risk by asking the right questions and confirming procedures.

Ask how often treatments/inspections happen, what pests are covered, how they handle reported sightings, how entry/notice works, and whether they keep records of service and outcomes for each issue.

Openigloo relies on available signals that may not reflect everything happening in real time. Treat ratings and signals as decision support, not a substitute for direct confirmation and a unit walk-through when possible.

Pest-control filters don’t automatically change fees or lease terms. You should still review the full move-in cost and lease conditions (deposit, any service fees, and notice requirements for entry) before signing.

Look for repeat themes: speed of response, follow-through after treatment, and whether issues are documented. Cross-check what tenants describe with the current program management says they’re using.
