Buildings highly rated for heat near the Q60 bus in Sunnyside

It’s Openigloo’s filter for buildings that score highly on heat-related signals from rated-building data. Still, ask the building how heat works for your exact unit and what the response process is if the heat is inconsistent.

The q60-bus filter narrows results to buildings aligned with the Q60 bus corridor. Use the building’s address to confirm your walk time and stop location for your typical commute.

No. Heat can vary by unit, exposure, and maintenance. Use the filter as a starting point, then verify with the building about thermostat control, heating type, and how quickly problems are fixed.

Ask how heat is regulated in the unit, who handles heat complaints, and what maintenance timelines look like during cold snaps. Also confirm what utilities are included so you can estimate your full monthly cost.

Compare multiple rated buildings side-by-side, and read the details behind heat signals. A higher rating can still come with tradeoffs, so match your priorities (heat reliability, cost, and commute) to each building.

Openigloo uses building-level signals from renter input and available open-data indicators where provided, which can lag real-world conditions. Treat it as guidance and confirm the current setup directly with management.
