Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews of buildings managed by STEVEN KURLANDER reveal a pattern of significant management challenges. Many tenants describe buildings as poorly maintained, with persistent cleanliness, pest, and garbage issues. Heating and elevator reliability frequently fall short, and management is often unresponsive or slow to address concerns. Security problems like package theft and unsafe entryways are common. While some tenants appreciate good neighbors and spacious apartments, the overall sentiment is frustration with ongoing neglect, unprofessional communication, and delayed repairs. Prospective renters should expect understaffed management and aging infrastructure, with limited responsiveness to tenant needs.

Dirty scaffolding for 5 years with no construction

Pros

Location; heat; water

Cons

Terrible management.they installed this scaffolding five years ago and it’s still up, with loud noises and garbage every day. Huge dogs, and each neighbor has three to four dogs. I can’t wait to move out by February 1.
