Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback about Emil Friedman's buildings reveals a mix of positives and challenges. Tenants often praise the location, spacious apartments, and friendly neighbors. However, persistent issues include inconsistent management responsiveness, unresolved maintenance problems such as mold, pests, water leaks, and poor garbage management. Some buildings experience heating irregularities and noise disturbances, with management sometimes slow or dismissive in addressing concerns. Despite these drawbacks, tenants note some improvement over time and appreciate occasional promptness on simpler requests. Prospective renters should anticipate variable management quality, with a need for more proactive and thorough building upkeep.

Good for what it is

Pros

Cons
