A good starter apartment

Pros

Good for a few years but then you start to see all the problems. Overall if you don’t spend a ton of time at home, you can stay here just fine!

Cons

The street is loud if you are street facing. Can always hear people vacuuming. The inside is not well kept and the super can be rude about fixing stuff.

Quiet, neighbors are super nice, feels safe, clean

Cons

I didn’t have heat in my room and complained and was never fixed, along with a few other broken items in our home. So much trash outside the place for garbage pick up and it gets filled with rats
