Cockroach infestation, unresponsive management, temperamental heat this winter

Pros

The building’s location is nice. I love being across from the botanical gardens. I used to live a few blocks down and wanted to come back to this neighborhood.

Cons

Oh, you name it. The landlord is unresponsive. Spending over 4K on an apartment COVERED in cockroaches that no one is taking care of the way you need to, management company does absolutely nothing but take your rent. I have 311 on speed dial because of this place. In the winter, the heat was always out. First few months living here there was a NYHA meeting because of all the complaints they were getting. Steer clear.
