Building has airflow, several complaints of Mold Not clean Power outages, no power, heat/AC, no water etc. Outdated apartments Outdated appliances Elevators constantly breaking and 10-15 minute wait time for elevators Over priced

Many people have an extra fee for amenities in their bill…many don’t..we’re all confused about it and don’t understand why that’s the case. For those that pay it, it sucks, because the building rents out the common areas frequently so they aren’t available to tenants.

They charge you an amenity fee even tho everyone has access to them. I think it was $350 for the year, not sure what it is now. I believe the 350 covered both me and my partner.

Mostly young people I would say. I did feel safe when I lived there.

I’d say most people are young. Like 20s and 30s. There are some people in 40s and 50s, but not many. That may change tho as we get further away from the glory days of Covid when the building was giving away 3 months free. A lot of the younger people can’t afford to stay.

It’s a lot of college / early 20’s and then some other stragglers. I do not feel safe as the doormen don’t stop people because they view themselves as concierge not doormen/security. There’s been a murder in the building and a lot of inter-building crime that the team dismisses. We also just had a potential gas leak for 24 hrs unaddressed.

When I lived there, mostly post grad early-mid 20s. Never saw a family or young child for example. I felt pretty safe
