What to check before choosing a most reviewed building near the M11 bus in Manhattan
- Start with the building list and open each profile to compare the specific signals that drive reviews on Openigloo (not just the address).
- Confirm practical commute fit: the listing may be “near” the M11 bus, so check walk time and stop locations for your exact origin and arrival times.
- Before applying, verify the current lease terms with the landlord or broker (move-in timing, renewals, and any stated restrictions).
- Check total move-in cost beyond rent (e.g., security deposit, broker fees if applicable, and any required upfront paperwork).
- Use tenant Q&A to spot recurring issues like responsiveness, maintenance turnaround, or noise patterns that reviews often mention. Don’t assume it applies to every unit.
