Buildings with parking near the QM6 bus in NYC

It means the building is flagged as having parking available. Parking type, assignment process, and fees can vary by building, so confirm the exact arrangement (resident vs guest, assigned vs waitlist, and pricing) with management before signing.

Openigloo shows 15+ eligible buildings on this page as of 2026-07-07. Eligibility is based on the parking + QM6 commute criteria used to build the list.

Not always. Some buildings charge a separate monthly parking fee or require a separate agreement. Ask whether parking is included, discounted, or billed separately and get the details in writing.

Ask about space availability (immediate vs waitlist), assignment rules, renewal terms, guest access, vehicle size/clearance limits, and whether there are seasonal restrictions (for example, snow routes or garage access hours).

The commute focus is the building’s proximity to the QM6 route area, but the exact travel time can vary by where you are walking from the property and how you transfer. Verify routes and schedules for the unit’s address on your move-in day.

Reviews may mention parking experiences depending on what renters report. Use them as context, then confirm current parking rules and pricing with the building because policies and availability can change.

Treat it as conditional until management confirms otherwise. If parking is waitlisted, ask for expected timelines, whether you can reserve a spot for a fee, and what happens if a space doesn’t open during your lease.
