Top rated contacts with available apartments for rent in Battery Park City

Openigloo tracks 14 contacts, drawn from city records and reviews left by renters. This page can help you assess the contact associated with a Battery Park City rental before you apply or sign a lease. “Top rated” means the contact meets the page’s rating threshold, while available apartments indicate rentals listed as available; check that a specific apartment is still offered before relying on its listing.

Compare renter feedback with the contact’s record and the details of the building and apartment you are considering. Ratings reflect reported experiences, not a guarantee of how a future tenancy will go, and public records may not capture every issue. Look for recurring themes in reviews and confirm important lease terms directly.

What to check before renting from top rated contacts with available apartments for rent in Battery Park City

  • Confirm that the apartment is still available and that its listing matches the address you are considering.
  • Check which contact is associated with the apartment and compare that name with the lease documents.
  • Read renter reviews for repeated comments about repairs, communication, fees, or move-in conditions.
  • Review public records alongside renter feedback; neither source alone gives a complete picture.
  • Ask for lease terms and any promised repairs in writing before signing.
