Openigloo home

Most searched individual owners in Williamsburg

This list holds 100 most searched individual owners in Williamsburg, compiled from renter reviews and New York City open data. This can help you focus your due diligence on individual owners registered in their own names, rather than companies. The list is ordered by how often renters look up each owner’s Openigloo profile; that activity indicates interest, not whether an owner is reliable or a building is well maintained.

Use each profile to review renter feedback, then check the specific Williamsburg building you are considering against available New York City records. Compare reported issues and responses with your own priorities, and look for patterns across sources. Search activity alone does not verify an owner’s conduct, resolve conflicting accounts, or predict your experience as a tenant.

What to check before renting from most searched individual owners in Williamsburg

  • Confirm that the listed owner is an individual registered as the owner, not a company.
  • Check whether renter reviews describe the Williamsburg building you are considering.
  • Compare reported maintenance concerns across reviews rather than relying on a single account.
  • Use New York City open data to check available records for the specific property.
  • Treat profile lookup frequency as a measure of renter interest, not a rating of owner quality.
