Most reviewed and most searched landlords in Fordham

This page covers 47 most reviewed and most searched landlords in Fordham — who they are, what renters say about them, and what the city has on file. This page can help you identify landlords whose renter reviews or profile views draw attention, then focus your research on the names relevant to a potential rental. The two filters reflect different signals: “most reviewed” refers to landlords with the most renter reviews on Openigloo, while “most searched” refers to landlords whose profiles renters look up most often.

Use the results as a starting point, not a verdict on a specific apartment or management experience. Compare review details, look for recurring issues, and check whether comments relate to a building you are considering. Profile searches show renter interest; they do not establish why people searched or whether a landlord is a good fit. City records can add context, but should also be checked against the property and your needs.

What to check before renting from most reviewed and most searched landlords in Fordham

  • Check whether renter reviews refer to the Fordham building you are considering.
  • Look for repeated descriptions of repairs, communication, or lease issues across reviews.
  • Treat profile search interest as a sign of attention, not proof of renter satisfaction.
  • Compare review details with available city records for the specific property.
  • Confirm that the landlord or manager named in a review matches the party on your lease.
