What does “recommended by renters” mean on this building page?

It means the buildings included here have tenant-provided signals on Openigloo (such as review and recommendation activity). Use those signals as a starting point, then validate current conditions directly with the building.

How is the BM2 bus filter applied?

The filter limits results to buildings in the BM2 transit area used by Openigloo. Because commute quality depends on your exact start point, confirm walking time and routes for your schedule.

Are all buildings on this page currently available for move-in?

Not automatically. This page is scoped by the BM2-area + renter-recommendation criteria; availability can change unit by unit. Check listings or ask for current availability and lease start dates.

What should I confirm before signing a lease even if renters recommend the building?

Confirm the full monthly cost (rent plus fees and utilities), the deposit amount, what’s included, and the exact lease terms. Also verify any current policies mentioned in tenant notes (maintenance timelines, building access, packages).

Do renter recommendations guarantee the unit I pick will be problem-free?

No. Buildings vary by unit type, floor, exposure, and contractor. Use renter feedback to spot patterns, then ask targeted questions about the specific unit you’re considering.

How fresh are the signals on Openigloo?

Openigloo aggregates tenant feedback and building information over time. For the most reliable decision, prioritize the most recent notes and reconfirm any concerns with the leasing office.

What if I’m flexible on the commute but want strong renter feedback?

You can use this page to find a shortlist near the BM2 first, then broaden your search if needed. Start with renter signals, and compare alternatives with the same kinds of questions about costs, repairs, and day-to-day operations.
