Top rated buildings near the SIM15 bus in NYC

“Top rated” refers to buildings with higher Openigloo review scores based on renter feedback. It’s a building-level rating signal, so you still need to verify unit-specific details with the landlord.

The SIM15 bus filter focuses the building search to the SIM15 bus corridor/route area. You should still confirm walking distance from your target stop and actual commute times.

This page is scoped by the SIM15 bus and the “top rated” filter. Availability can change by building and unit, so confirm current listings directly on the building pages.

Confirm full monthly cost (including any building fees), utility responsibility, laundry access, parking rules, and maintenance response for your building. Also verify any promised amenities and building policies in writing.

Renter feedback can reflect those experiences, but conditions vary by unit and time. Use the comments to spot patterns, then ask the leasing office about current status and recent fixes.

Not necessarily. Even if the building is highly rated, traffic and bus activity can affect day-to-day comfort. Consider requesting a unit facing away from the street or visiting at different times of day.

Use the score to shortlist buildings, then compare building details, read tenant feedback for the specific issues you care about, and use tenant Q&A to ask practical questions before you commit.
